Why not kick off the week with a bedrooom makeover update? Yes, I have decided to drag out this makeover for as looong as possible. And now that I think about it, if we go back to the inaugural post for this whole process, I believe I made finding a blanket to replace that fur monster completely optional. There’s still plenty of “mandatory” things to be done (ahem, nightstand) but I happened on this blanket, and it was cute (and in the budget), so Lucy got a new and improved bed blanket.

The blanket is by Threshold from Target. I can’t find it online, and it was the only one in the store with mangled packaging to boot. But once that packaging is off, it definitely brightens up the room and adds a little more dimension to the simple grey duvet.

The bedroom is definitely coming together! It’s much more cheery and clean in there, and no, I’m not giving all the credit to that blanket. It’s pretty great, but not that great. More updates to come soon.
